How it Works
We use an online scheduling system so you can always see an up-to-date appointment calendar with session availability. At this time we are typically scheduling a few weeks in advance.

We recommend scheduling sessions for a one hour time period. When you view the online calendar you can click on the starting time that works for you, hold down your mouse button to scroll over the second half hour block, and release your mouse. A form will open allowing you to fill in your contact information to reserve a session time. Once you send the request, the system will show that time as pending and it will not be available for someone else to schedule.

You will receive a follow up email from me when I accept your appointment request. At that time, if we have not already communicated, we can talk about possible locations for the session, attire, and payment options. The $175 session fee (or $225 for weekend appointment) is due within 5 days of scheduling to hold the appointment time. You may mail a check to me or I can send you a paypal request which will allow you to pay with paypal or a credit card.

SPECIAL HOLIDAY SCHEDULING INFORMATION

Please note that portrait sessions for holiday cards or gifts must be scheduled to take place prior to November 9th. As a small boutique photographer I schedule a limited number of portrait sessions each month so schedule early to be sure you can get an appointment.

There is a $400 minimum purchase from a standard portrait session before a holiday card or volume print order can be placed. There is a $100 minimum order from a mini session before holiday card or volume prints can be ordered.
